Vanilla protein recipe

Alright so for my first video I decided to do a recipe this is the actual video explaining the recipe

I made this before I worked out you should normally drink these after hope you enjoy!
Here is the recipe
1.2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2.1 cup of almond milk
3. two scoops of cake batter muscle milk
4. one cup of ice
5. A banana (optional)
and last but not least a blender!

Day 2 expectations

So I just woke up i'm heading off to the gym there should be a video out later with my workout for the day and another video with an over view of the diet and my workout plan. Another little thing is I'm going to post picture of what i ate today and how much I ate today.
My goal for the day is to drink a total of 6 glasses of water. This is kind of hard for me considering I'm not a water person! Anyways im not actually starting my diet for tomorrow but these are just daily things that I do anyway!

My first post and information :)

So this is going to be my first blog for my website. I'm currently setting up a brand new youtube account so i can vlog my workouts and my weight loss.
The workout I'm currently doing is the special K challenge. If you would like to join the special K challenge you can sign up on the special K website. I will also be uploading all my daily workouts my whole entire diet and workout plan will be starting on sunday and I will only be eating at home.. no eating out and exercising 2-3 hours a day. My personal goal is 10 pounds in three weeks. Please please please support my blog by posting comments, advice, or opinions :)
