The workout I'm currently doing is the special K challenge. If you would like to join the special K challenge you can sign up on the special K website. I will also be uploading all my daily workouts my whole entire diet and workout plan will be starting on sunday and I will only be eating at home.. no eating out and exercising 2-3 hours a day. My personal goal is 10 pounds in three weeks. Please please please support my blog by posting comments, advice, or opinions :)
